Manual Viewing 

This Code of Conduct governs access to and use of the machine operation manuals hosted on [www.hkshingfung.com] (the “Site”). These manuals are proprietary, confidential resources intended exclusively for registered members to safely operate and maintain authorized machinery. By accessing the manuals, you agree to comply with all terms below.

1. Authorized Use Only

• Manuals are provided solely for your personal, on-site use to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the specific machine(s) assigned to you by your organization/[Your Company Name].

• Access is limited to registered, approved members only. You may not share your login credentials, account access, or manual content with any unauthorized individuals (including colleagues, third parties, or external parties).

2. Prohibition on Downloading & Reproduction

• You may NOT download, save, copy, print, screenshot, or store any portion of the operation manuals (text, images, diagrams, specifications, or instructions) on any device (computer, phone, tablet, drive, cloud storage, etc.).

• No reproduction of manual content—digital or physical—is permitted under any circumstances.

3. Prohibition on Sharing & Distribution

• You may NOT share, distribute, publish, transmit, or post manual content (in whole or in part) to any third party, including:

  • Messaging apps (Slack, WhatsApp, email, text)

  • Social media, forums, or public websites

  • Cloud drives, file-sharing services, or internal shared drives

  • External vendors, contractors, or unapproved personnel

4. Secure Viewing Guidelines

6. Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

• Notify [info@hkshingfung.com] immediately if your account is compromised, or if you suspect unauthorized access or sharing of manual content.

7. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation of your Site and manual access without prior notice.[Shing Fung] reserves the right to take additional legal action to protect its intellectual property, including pursuing claims for damages, injunctive relief, or other remedies under applicable law.
